Lenovo recently unveiled ThinkPad Tablet 2, a new 10.1 inch tablet that features the best of Lenovo, Microsoft and Intel. Lenovo ThinkPad Tablet 2 runs the full version of Windows 8 Pro operating system rather than Windows RT, which most of the tablet in its class do. Lenovo ThinkPad Tablet 2 is incredibly powerful tablet built for professionals featuring enhanced security features like Fingerprint Reader, encrypted storage, IT manageability technologies, and corporate-level service & support. It flaunts an 10.1 inch, 1366x768, anti-glare IPS multitouch HD display and comes with an optional digitizer pen for precision input, natural note-taking, signature capture and document markup. Lenovo ThinkPad Tablet 2 packs in powerful 1.8GHz, Dual-Core Intel Atom Z2760 processor with 2GB of RAM and 32GB onboard storage, which can be expanded up to 64GB with MicroSD support. There are two cameras on the tablet, an 8-megapixel rear camera with autofocus and a 2 megapixel HD front camera with noise-cancelling microphones for video chat. Previously the trend was 7 inch and now its 10 inch, i failed to understand why people would carry 10 inch tablet instead of ultrabooks. At this cost I wud better buy Android tablet and an ultrabook. May be i am wrong.
