The details of the much rumored Google 'X Phone' have surfaced online. This would be Google's first in-house Smartphone after acquiring Motorola in May 2012.

Codenamed Ghost, the handset has a very slim bezel similar to the Droid RAZR series. According to 9to5google, the Smartphone is expected to sport a 4.7-inch full HD display and will be available in over 25 different color options. Under the hood, it runs on Android v4.2 Jelly Bean OS and will be equipped with 2GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage with no SD Card support.

Google 'X Phone' will support 4G-LTE radio bands and will be released on all carriers in the US. The device is expected to be unveiled at Google I/O developer’s conference later this month.
