HP Unveils Slate 21 All-in-One PC with 21.5-inch Display Running Android 4.2 OS

HP has unveiled its first All-in-One (AiO) PC running Android 4.2 (Jelly Bean) OS. Dubbed as the Slate 21, the new AiO comes with a memory hinge that allows users to adjust the screen between 15 and 70 degrees and can also be mounted on a wall with a standard VESA mount. It is optimized for desktop productivity and can be interfaced with keyboard and mouse.

HP Slate 21 sports a 21.5-inch diagonal reclining full HD IPS touch screen display with wide viewing angles. It is powered by a powerful Tegra 4 quad-core NVIDIA processor and has 8GB of internal memory with SD card support. In addition, it also supports external HDD or SSD storage over USB 2.0 devices.

It offers rich concert-like audio experience with the built-in DTS Sound technology and comes pre-loaded with Kingsoft Office for creating and editing Office files. It also comes preinstalled with an HP TrueVision HD Webcam and Wireless Direct for sharing data between devices.

The HP Slate 21 All-in-One would be available for a starting price of $399 in the US from this September.
