Leaked: Sony Honami comes with 4K Resolution Video recording

Going by the rumors, Sony's much anticipated flagship Xperia Honami is believed to be equipped with 4K video recording.

According to a Chinese website Vgooo, a presentation on Honami claims that the Smartphone will be capable of recording videos at 4K resolution of 4000 × 2000 pixels, which is a non-standard 4K format.

Earlier rumors suggest that the Sony Xperia Honami will flaunt a 5-inch full HD display with X-Reality Engine and Triluminos display technology. And also the device is expected to pack a 2.3GHz quad-core Snapdragon 800 chipset alongside 2GB of RAM and Adreno 330 graphics.

Further, in terms of camera, it has a 20.7MP Exmor R sensor rear camera with Sony G lens and a 2.2MP front-facing camera. Other specs include LTE network support, Bionz Image processor, IPX5/7 Water and dust resistance, MHL Mobile High-Definition Link, Wi-Fi, NFC, and a 3000mAh battery. Under the hood, it runs on Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean OS.

Sony Xperia Honami is expected to be unveiled on September 4th at IFA, 2013. It will ship in three color options - Black, White and Purple.
