Micromax debuts its first Tablet in Canvas series. Dubbed as the Canvas Tab P650, the device comes with voice-calling feature and runs on Android Jelly Bean 4.2.1 OS with FOTA (firmware over the air), which allows direct download of firmware updates to the tab.

Micromax Canvas Tab P650 sports an 8-inch IPS display with a resolution of 1024 x 768 pixels. It is equipped with a 1.2GHz Quad Core MT8389 processor and has 1GB of RAM. In terms of storage, it comes with 16GB of inbuilt storage and supports up to 32GB MicroSD card. It comes with a 5-megapixel autofocus rear camera alongside  a 2-megapixel front-facing camera.

For connectivity, it has 3G-HSPA, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 3.0 and GPS. It houses a 4800 mAh battery, which offers up to 10 hrs of talktime and 400 hrs of standby. The Tablet comes pre-loaded with Spuul, Opera, Kingsoft Office, M!Security, M!Live! and Music Hub. The tablet doesn't support Dual SIM.
