Galaxy Camera that was launched way back in 2012, Samsung Electronics has announced its successor - the Galaxy Camera 2. Powered by Android 4.3 Jelly Bean OS, it features a lightweight retro design and offers superior quality and speed.
Samsung Galaxy Camera 2 sports a 16.3 effective megapixel 1/2.3" BSI CMOS image sensor with 21x optical zoom lens. Under the hood, it has a 1.6GHz quad-core processor alongside 2GB of RAM. There's an 8GB of internal memory, which can be expanded with up to 64GB MicroSD card. In terms of display, it flaunts a 121.2mm (4.8-inch) HD Super Clear LCD touch screen. It also has a built-in Pop-up Xenon Flash.
For connectivity, the Galaxy Camera 2 has WiFi (a/b/g/n), Bluetooth 4.0, NFC, and GPS/GLONASS. The camera comes loaded with many smart features like, Smart mode, Samsung Link, Samsung ChatON, Story Album, Xtremera, Paper Artist, S Voice and Group Play. The smart mode offers 28 different pre-set modes like Smart mode suggest, Beauty face, Best Photo, Selfie Alarm, Continuous shot, Best face, Eraser, Sound & Shot, and much more. Weighing less than its predecessor at 283 grams, it has an upgraded battery capacity of 2000 mAh.
