HTC has finally unveiled the much rumored "All New" HTC One (M8), which steals the flagship status form the last year’s HTC One (M7). The new HTC One (M8) dons a 5-inch full HD Super LCD3 with a resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels. The display has a pixel density of 441 ppi and is guarded by Corning Gorilla Glass 3. The Smartphone is powered by a Qualcomm's quad-core Snapdragon 801 Soc, which packs a 2.5GHz Krait 400 CPU for Asian market and a 2.3GHz Krait 400 CPU for the rest. The processor is backed by Adreno 330 GPU and 2GB of RAM. The internal storage comes in 16GB or 32GB options with an additional 128GB expansion support using a MicroSD card.
Under the hood, it runs on the latest Android 4.4.2 KitKat OS with HTC Sense 6.0 UI on top. It detects movement and launches various applications by just swiping or tapping on the display. It also has improved BlinkFeed, Zeo camera UI and front-facing BoomSound stereo speakers.
The new HTC One (M8) is equipped with a UltraPixel autofocus rear camera with dual LED Flash, BSI sensor, 28 mm lens and f/2.0 aperture.
